Schedule an intake session with one of our therapists, all of whom specialize in CBT-I. Over the course of 45-60 minutes, your therapist will work with you to assess your insomnia and create a personalized treatment plan to help you sleep better again.

Begin CBT-I treatment for your insomnia
You’ll get a structured program with specific tools, techniques and activities to start using immediately to help your sleep. Think of it as sleep school to learn how to sleep well again. During your sessions, your therapist will make adjustments and refinements based on your sleep and progress.

Most patients start to notice a difference within 2 weeks and see significant improvement to their sleep in 4-8 weeks. CBT-I is an established insomnia treatment recommended by the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, with an average 80% success rate (AMA).
We accept most insurance plans
We provide adaptable payment choices tailored to suit you. With insurance, treatment costs an average of a $25 copay per session. Alternatively, sessions are available for $170 per session without insurance (HSA/FSA eligible). We accept commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage. At this time, we do not accept Medicaid.
